Stuck on I-90 right out of the service stop with a dead rental car on a Saturday!!! DEAD! Rental company all but NO HELP! Kidd's was there inside 30 minutes. We were in a very difficult spot. 2 guys from Kidd's showed up. 1 to tow, the 2nd parked well behind us to make sure of our safety. They immediately statèd "Let's get you to the exit and then we'll figure out our next steps." Young guy (Everette) could not have been more helpful and professional!! He answered questions the rental company should have been able to. But didn't !! I'm sorry I didn't catch his partners name but he was just a professional. Thank you for your help in a very difficult situation.

Not that you should need them but if you do, they are great, friendly and helpful. Was in a car accident and they took care of us, helped us with insurance, drove us to the car rental location ( since the car rental service was not able to bring the car to us) and even gave us an air freshener for the car to help get rid of the cigarette small.

He assisted me in towing my car from I-90 to my home and stayed with us until we were all settled. Additionally, he helped me locate my lost wheel. I am incredibly grateful for his kindness and reliability! I highly recommend him.

I was off on a ramp on the NYS Thruway and needed assistance. There were there very quickly and took good care of me. Fixed the car and I was on my way. I highly recommend them!!

My engine in my F250 blew on Rt90 not too far from their shop and they picked us up rather quickly. The guys are very professional and friendly, great bunch of guys. If it was under better circumstances I probably would hangout with then and have a few beers. They helped my wife and I get a rental car then drove us to Utica to pick it up. Called Kids Towing as we got a flat tire on our RV and were stranded on the side of the road. They were prompt, courteous and reasonable. I would certainly use them again.

Took my car there to be fixed...and come to find out it was the motor we weren't going to fix it ..Chris let us keep the car there until we could figure out something...it was taken care of...he would help if he could... very knowledgeable workers I would recommend Kidd's to anyone....thank you Kidd's for all you do....

My husband takes his truck there for repairs. They have very reasonable prices. They are fast at getting the vehicles in and fixed. The listen to the people with what concerns they have about their cars. Highly recommend going to this place
