They didn't give me all of my prescription once but didn't do an inventory to see just denied it was their fault .and they close for 30 minutes at 2pm. Wish I had that 30 min back .?

This is a terrible pharmacy. The staff are rude and lie to you. They tell you your prescription is ready for pick up and when you get there they only have part of it. Another drive and an added cost. They have given me a 60 day supply when I asked them to only do 30 days. The list goes on.

This is the worst pharmacy!!! They never have prescription ready in time (even after refills plenty of time in advance). They tried telling me they gave me a 3 month supply of my prescription when in reality it was only a month and then told me I wasn’t eligible for a refill yet!! Then after telling me they would fix it they made me wait there for 30 minutes to then come back and tell me it’s out of stock and I’m going to have to wait until next week. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Tried Hannaford Curb Side pick up in Herkimer for the first time this weekend and was very impressed. Quality of products is far superior to Walmart, customer service is extremely polite, followed social distancing and mask protocol for the worriers, pack your groceries in nice handled bags, and loved my Fresh magazine with great recipes. Excellent product and service.?

Extremely efficient and helpful staff! The call in service is excellent. Quick turnaround for refills. Can't say enough about how pleased we are with this service.
