“I tried leaving a review on the website but I'm guessing it's down. I don't know where to start an employee named Dakota is legitimately a rare breed, his customer service is top notch and he gets you in and out picking up and returning. I was charged extra last time for going over on mileage and vowed not to come back, but after coming in and talking to Dakota abt pricing he lead me in the right direction and what can I say I rented another truck lol, keep up the good work Dakota!!”

“Been renting here for a while, this time rented a 26 foot truck had a battery issue this guys they went 2 times to jump start it at home and then decided to change to new ones in less that 2 hours was done. Service and attention were great. Hope they continue being like that. That is the way all business in America should be. Keep it up.”

“There was some water puddles in the back of the van. This did not affect what I was using it for, but might be an unwelcome surprise for others that were looking to have a drier more protected experience. The rental process was very quick both getting the van and returning the van. It has been a few years since I last rented a vehicle and when thinking back to previous years I was wondering a little that I was skipping steps and that something would turn up as a problem, but nothing has come up. Just waiting on the payment to post to my CC.”

“This was our second time renting a van from you so we can haul our race stuff for local races on the west side of the Genesee River. We weren't sure how much easier it would make things than using our two cars and if it would be worth the additional expense, but it makes a huge difference. We've concluded we will do that for every race, so we'll see you for two more this year (another one in Greece and the final one in Spencerport) and will be back for 2024. Thank you for being easy to work with and keeping your vehicles in great shape!”
“It can be hard to get a pickup truck when you want it as not all stores may have one available. You can reserve one only at the Henrietta store, otherwise it's first come, first served. I've had reservations canceled on me a couple of times, which is really annoying if you've lined up hired help for your job. Depending on which store you rent from, you may get an older or newer truck. It can be hit or miss. So far I've hired from the Greece, Irondequoit and Henrietta stores. Make sure you have your driver ID and insurance card with you when you go or they will not rent a truck or to you.”
