“I had an excellent experience at the Malik store on 1106 Rd Road in Rochester, NY. Jazz, the store manager, provided outstanding customer service. They took the time to clearly explain the one-way and in-town rental rates so I could fully understand the pricing structure.
Jazz also helped me review my rental agreement carefully to avoid overestimating charges and even assisted me with securing a refund on my rent. Their patience and transparency made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

“The employees working were patient and helpful when my original plan to rent a trailer wasn't going to work (hitch wouldn't insert into receiver because of rust). They provided a mallet for me to try to get it in and were patient while I tried when I told them that I absolutely needed to rent a trailer to take care of an urgent situation. When it was clear it wasn't going to work, they quickly got me set up with a truck rental to pull the trailer and got me on my way. Although I wasn't happy about the extra rental, they turned a stressful situation good.”

Camille on the othe hand is the rudest customer service person out there and needs a class in how to talk to customers! “I have to say that the experience was good. The only thing is that I had to buy insurance for the truck but at least you can have peace of mind in case something happens on the way. And I liked that it had 3 seats, the one in the middle is not very comfortable but it can be supported.”
