“I’ve just got to say this place is amazing. We came to check it out on a whim, and had so much fun. So many beautiful birds, and the staff was so nice and friendly. They allowed us to hold the baby Amazon and I was in love. The gentleman who helped us was so knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. I can’t wait to come back and hopefully someday add a new member to our family from here ?”
“I normally shop in Chili but out of food for special needs cat. I took drive to Monroe Avenue. That store had food in stock and cashier was very friendly. Parking lot crowded but maybe that's a good thing”
“Service was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Tim found us roaming around, looking lost, and helped with a recommended ear treatment based on our new pup and the many products available. He also helped with pup safe chews recommendation which was super helpful. The teller was also super friendly and helpful... the prices were super reasonable - dog beds cheaper than Marshall's, and the stock was great as well.”

“The chili pet supplies plus is amazing. Everyone there is so kind and speaks to customers like they know them personally. I only have good things to say about the groomers. My dog has bad hips and they are always so gentle with her. Allison at check out is super sweet, everytime I stop in she always gives me a compliment and is so genuine. You never know what someone could be going through in life and it just goes to show that kindness like hers can really makes someone’s day.Also pro tip for anyone out there, they take cat food donations! My calico is picky with her food, so when we had some canned food that she didn’t like, they happily took it off our hands!”
“We bought our mini goldendoodle , Bear, from Allies Pet Corner about 3 months ago. This was the absolute best $1500 that we have ever spent. He couldn't be more is perfect. He has an amazing personality and is such a good boy. The workers that we dealt with at Allies were kind and attentive. I would strongly recommend Allies to anyone that asks!”

“I just wanted to give Jazz in grooming a HUGE shoutout!! I dropped my son off with her on a 3/10 and it was much busier than what I usually see at the Webster store. Jazz handled everything with such grace and professionalism, and even though the grooming station was incredibly busy she still made sure she gave my dog all the attention that he needed. My dog looked amazing as usual when he visits Jazz, she should be recognized for all her great work!”

“Highly recommend Bob for his basic obedience class. We had 2 VERY reactive German Shepherds and after his 5-week training classes, we’ve noticed significant improvement not just in their obedience to commands, but their overall reactivity and manner around other dogs. Now we can confidently take our dogs on walks and out in public without fear of how they will react.”

You won't be disappointed. Easy parking in front of the store. They carry super high value treats. Like cod fish skin cube and trachea chew my pup goes crazy for!”

“This store is awesome!! The managers and cashiers are wonderful very friendly and very helpful. The manager suggested a specific food for my pup and brought me over to it. At another visit I had to return a coat and they offered to order what I needed on line because they were out of it at the store. She did the transaction for me!The store is always clean and I enjoy going there.”

She treated them so gently and even worked with my little Ollie to get him used to the nail buffer - a task I thought was impossible. They went from being very scared of grooming with their tails tucked under the entire time to now entering and leaving the grooming salon with their tails wagging. Thank you Amanda! You're the best!”

“I visit this store to get propane tanks refilled, and occasionally get gardening supplies. Propane refill prices are the best in the area. I've also bought veterinary supplies here one time when my cat had a wound that needed to be treated. (My younger idiot cat attacked my sweet gentle older cat) I went in looking for a solution to cover the wound on her shoulderblade and the lady I talked to was very helpful.I like that this location is easy to get in and out of, and not in a major shopping area/plaza.”
