My first experience with Orville's in Henrietta Was a good one. Nick was my sales rep and he was very knowledgeable and quick to point me in the right direction. The communication was great, coordinating delivery and they answer the phone if you have questions. Pricing was also very competitive so I will recommend you add Orville's to your appliance shopping needs!

I Spent thousands on the bocsh line appliances. Had nothing but problems with all of them.They have been to my house so many times for repairs.

Excellent customer services and huge collection of appliances. Same prices as any other store like Lowes, Home Depots and Best Buy where you hardly find staff to explain about different appliances.We had many questions, and all were answered. They printed us the specs of the appliances to take with us as we wanted to measure the space first.

I bought refrigerator and washer and dryer from Orville’s and all three appliances have broken in a year would never buy anything from them ever again. Even with the warranty getting them fixed was a nightmare poor service

went on 1-7-2024 had Joreen for a sales person who was very helpful, friendly and did a great job paying attention to every detail in the process. I bought a Samsung Dryer for $397 that was on sale for $500 off, with free delivery on 1-8-2024. They kept me informed of the delivery every step of the way, you can even keep track of the truck with the link they send you, the driver Named Austin had it here 9:30 am and was very polite and courteous. This is my 4th purchase from Orville's and they have always been spot on and positive!

Awful company, I spent over $3k and non stop issues with my stove. The technician is rude as well, and they do not stand by anything at all. This company is a 0 star and I will be telling all of my friends and family to stand clear of this company.

This is The place to go!!! I was referred by a dishwasher repairman who has been in the business for decades. I could not have gotten anything in stock and delivered in a week from any other big name store. Orville's is the Only big name I need to know moving forward!!!

Orville's are definitely NOT Good... They do NOT Stand behind their products. We bought a kitchenaid Refrigerator in April 2023 (Very nice)... it has rusted & the door won't fully close. This has happened ALREADY. They came to look at it, acknowledged it was rusted & Seen the refrigeratordoor won't close... They said they'd get back to us.... Got back & stated they'd order the doors to the freezer & Refrigerator . They then tell us IT WON'T be available until January 2024... so exactly what are we supposed to do until then???. We then asked if they would let us exchange it for a new one... Absolutely NOT was the answer... If this doesn't get rectified... I'll be Hughly disappointed.
