Just stop your search now and give Gibbs a call. You've found the business you want to use. We had our garage epoxied this summer and could not be happier with the results. Jon was thorough in his explanation, described everything they would do to our garage, and quoted within 15 minutes. He is an honest, professional, down to earth business owner and looks out for his customers before anything else. He even cleaned an extension of the garage what was not part of the epoxy project, strictly because he noticed dust building up. Jon was onsite working the entire time with his employees and providing regular updates as time passed. Seeing a business owner who is literally on his hands and knees perfecting his service for his customers, is something you just don’t see anymore. John is extremely professional and takes pride in his work! When it looked like a moisture problem would prevent us from going forward with coating our garage he told us he wouldn’t charge us even though he already put in a days work. Luckily it worked out and he did an excellent job! We are really happy with the final product!

Jon Gibbs, of Gibbs Concrete Coatings, came recommended to us by a reputable mason for resurfacing our 40 year old garage floor that was cracked, salt pitted and stained from years of use in this inclement western New York climate. We so much appreciated having Jon come, in person, to explain the epoxy prep, process and product he would be using to attain a superior result. We found him to be helpful in selecting appropriate color chips after we initially changed our mind about color, while we still had the opportunity to do so. We appreciated his expertise from that perspective given his previous experience. Not only did Jon personally quote the job, but he personally did the work without relying on incompetent help; and he was amenable and thoughtful while doing so. He took pride in his workmanship, and it was so very nice to have a contractor willing to perform and stand behind his own work, and also stay within the contracted quote. The foregoing being said, we are posting our own before and after pictures which are a testament to the complete transformation of our garage floor. Suffice it to say, while Jon was recommended to us by another; we can now, from our own experience, make recommendation to others for Jon’s competence in concrete coatings. The Mr. no longer objects when the Mrs. sends him to the “dog House” as it is, actually, a pretty impressive place to be! FYI…we can also attest to the fact that Jon likes homemade, fresh out of the oven, chocolate chip cookies!Service: Concrete resurfacing

Jon Gibbs is a 5 star operation. We did 5 properties on Long Pond Road in late 2021. All the home owners are thumbs UP on the quality and workmanship of the Gibbs crew. Pictures show that they have also invested in very good prep machines. We highly recommend them for any job small or large!

Gibbs did an amazing job on our garage floor. They went above and beyond to make everything perfect. We love the final product and we get complements on our floor all the time!
