“Our new dining room furniture was delivered this afternoon. It couldn't be any more perfect. Rama's design assistance was invaluable. She listened to our ideas, made suggestions based on our needs, and created the perfect custom design for us. The solid wood dining table and chairs were made in Ohio from our specifications (with Rama's assistance). I can picture family celebrations at this table for many years to come and it will be passed down from generation to generation. We are so happy that we discovered Rama and Amish Exclusive.”

“I LOVE going to Sequels and searching for great finds! They have a huge inventory that is always changing- it usually takes me 2 or 3 laps around the store to take in everything. They are also masters in creating display vignettes that incorporate not only the furniture but also their extensive decor options.
My best purchase (so far) was this awesome Stickley sectional (see pictures). It is a VERY high end sectional (Like I never thought I could afford anything this nice!) that perfectly defines our Living Room space in our open living area. And… they delivered it to Vermont! (My grandchildren are in Rochester so I am a frequent visitor there.)

“I bought a Max 481 hot tub from Pettis 9 years ago, after researching tubs extensively and deciding I wanted one without blown foam insulation. Kathy helped me extensively, and patiently, with the many questions I had about such a permanent and expensive addition to my home. She never pressured or “sold” me at all, just kindly answered questions with knowledge clearly acquired from working with these products for years. Everything was delivered and installed exactly as promised and on time.More important to me has been the service department. Like any large piece of expensive equipment there have been various things that have needed repair or replacement over the years. Dale and his service department have been awesome, and have taken care of everything that has gone wrong (mainly audio related, but also a display panel, and a pump that needed to be replaced). Virtually all of it was covered by warranty without any hassle at all, and anything serious was dealt with rapidly, particularly in the winter when it is critical. Even during Covid they came out and took care of us. Our experience with the service department is what allows us to really enjoy the tub (which still looks basically brand new after nine years), knowing that Dale and crew will promptly and competently be there to take care of if necessary.Go skiing. Go to hot tub. Relax. Nice.”
