I wanted to recognize Terry for all the hard work and help she has done for my daughter and I. In the short time that she has been here, she has gone above and beyond for us. Terry treats you with respect and dignity. I have been here 10 years now and all the tenants that I have talked to have nothing but great things to say about Terry!! I can't wait to see all the amazing things you will do with this property. You're the best, thank you Terry!!!!

Customer service was fantastic, the property manager was so friendly and so sweet. She welcome me in her office, offer coffee and answered all my questions. I have been looking for a new place and this was the first and only property that treated me with so much kindness I will apply.

This is probably the worst management I have ever encountered, I have repeatedly called for issues and they basically ignore my maintenance request or send the maintenance guys over and they end up saying they will fix the problem and weeks and weeks go by without any resolution. I have had toilet issues, extreme cold draft coming in through my front door and the back sliding door not to mention all of the windows, the plowing doesn't show up until 1030am so you're pretty much screwed if you need to head to work in the morning especially when there is a huge snow storm, the apparently they only plow the drive ways when there's an inch or two of snow but once we get hit with a foot of snow you're on your own... If I could rate them 0 stars I would, look elsewhere if you're planning on renting here I guarantee you will encounter the same or worse issues.

Barrington replies to me and says I can call them with concerns but I have already. Nothing has been done still. So that should explain the rating.I am beyond livid. I am scared for my safety at this point and do not feel comfortable in my own home. These people provide ‘notice’ of entering your house but its weeks ahead and no specific time ever. Then they show up with no heads up that todays finally the day and they just let themselves in. I am in my bra feeding my child and one man is at the bottom of my bedroom stairs, then two more men in my living room. I have a dog and they are lucky she wasn’t out or they might have been bit and it would be their fault. I might contact a lawyer.

The apartment complex went down hill for a long time. it has recently been purchased by a new owner. In truth it looks like they are trying to get things functioning again. However, I moved out 11/2021 so I can't say how well they will do in the future. I know for my Townhome. They came when called and made repairs that were immediate; like a new furnace, fixed my bathroom light, replaced electrical outlets etc.. As we were moving I saw them on the roof and I believe they were doing repairs. As far as the neighbors themselves they get 5 stars! I met some absolutely amazing people there.

The staff are all nice but its a lot of empty promises and doing nothing. Seems like they only care about getting their money. They hire shady contractors and don't care what is done to their property. I actually miss Steve because at least with him I expected nothing. These people are just trying to make it look nice on the outside so they can hike our rent but then fixing nothing for the previous tenants. They just had roofers here that left nails literally everywhere and despite multiple complaints from multiple tenants nothing is done.Update: I can appreciate that y'all are trying your best and I know you are and were left with a mess. However, it doesn't change the fact that there are significant issues still with this complex. I hope to God that y'all don't try and hike rent again because that would be honestly heartbreaking. The reason I like living here is the price for the space. So please don't do that to us. I will say too that I really like Tina.

Even under new management this place still sucks. They are more worried about fixing up the vacants then fixing the current residents issues. Typical.

Horrible management skills, have sent multiple different inquires and called and left various voicemails during business hours with no response over the last week and a half. As a prospective renter this was a first red flag and the rest of these reviews make it obvious that this place would not be worth the time or money, considering I can't even get an answer for possible availability of their largest unit. Even had my income info attached to first email, putting me well over 3x rent monthly income, so this is not an issue due to being unqualified.

Awful management. EVERYTHING wrong that was stated by other reviewers is absolutely 100% correct. Management is just 2 friends and they are definitely running a nice little scam for themselves. They do not fix or upgrade anything. They will tell you nothing but gossip about the other tenants. Manager pays his friend for all the so called services that should be contracted out. These services are non existent or done so very poorly. Such as lawn care and snow removal. The maintenance guy only works hard at going through everyone's garbage on garbage day first thing in the morning to gather any scrap metal or cans to return. Then you wont see him the rest of the day. Another renter wrote of internal flooding. This is also true. To remedy this they will come in and drill holes in the bottom of your window frame to drain the water. But in winter the little drilled holes freeze and the water backs up and floods into your unit! Literally floods your rooms. Did this 5 years ago for us and speaking to the new tenants they stated the holes are still there along with the flooding!I wont let my kid go there to play with his friends he made while living there either anymore! When i went to pick him up i noticed they were playing basketball in the middle of the parking lot! Running around the other tenants cars. Sitting on them, hitting them with the basketball, and there is garbage everywhere! Empty sports drinks, food wrappers, just garbage everywhere. This was around 6pm when i picked my son up and one of the kids playing basketball was blasting music while playing basketball. This isnt in a park or playground area. This is literally in the middle of the tenants living area, parking spots, front yards and driveways. Management let the tenants put up a broken basketball hoop in the middle of the actual parking lot which is also torn up and needs to be repaved. Yes, the basketball hoop seriously has NO backboard to it. Looks like total trash. I wonder how this works with liability? The hoop in on Country Hill Estates parking lot. Its not in someones personal yard (which it shouldnt be either when you live in a complex). So if they allow a broken hoop in a parking lot with pot holes and someone gets hurt are they liable for damages? Another brilliant move by management. I guess i would suggest living elsewhere like we are now. How weird to feel grateful that when it snows or rains your bedrooms dont flood anymore. I believe the 2 men running the place are named Steve and Rich?.. I should probably forward this to i believe its Morgan Communities that owns the property. Oh yeah, the garages also flood when it rains. And snow will drift right under the garage door too and pile up inside your "closed" garage.. By the way, there's a lot more that could be written but this is enough for now..

The management is absolutely ridiculous and beyond unprofessional. The guy in the office steve ignores your calls and hides when u go to the office so you cant talk to him. Most childish thing I have witnessed. If I could give negative stars I would. Save yourself the trouble and rent somewhere else.
