She really went over and beyond for me she made sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. She wasn’t just there for a sale she took her time with me and helped me weigh my options. I appreciate the time and attention she gave me and for her patience cause I am definitely a picky shopper. The quality of the furniture was top-notch, and the prices were very competitive. “Jackie and the employee I interacted with were both really helpful and nice. I have been on the fence about what the right embroidery machine for me would be, also if I should just buy online or in a store. Jackie listened to my plans for the machine then sat with me and gave me an overview of the machine she thought would be best (and also the embroidery software). It was great! I am happy that I could support a local business instead of buying online. The input was really appreciated. I also can’t wait to come in for a class (which is an amazing perk of buying a machine with them).”

“I blew all my electric out after putting my son to sleep and had to send my poor mother out to get the fuse I needed. Jessica was the only one who helped her find the right one, other employees said they were out of stock of the item that clearly stated online was in stock but Jessica went above and beyond to locate the product. “I don't come to this location often, only because it isn't that close to home and we are the kinda people that start a task and have to go shopping while the house is basically torn a part. I always get a little lost at first, because I am a Lowe's shopper by default. The last time I was in here, I got great assistance from an employee! He helped me find potting soil and even carried it to a cart for me. He was fantastic! I really appreciate the self check out in this store. Spacious and it is quick and easy to use. Definitely a nice hardware store.”

“It can be hard to get a pickup truck when you want it as not all stores may have one available. You can reserve one only at the Henrietta store, otherwise it's first come, first served. I've had reservations canceled on me a couple of times, which is really annoying if you've lined up hired help for your job. Depending on which store you rent from, you may get an older or newer truck. It can be hit or miss. So far I've hired from the Greece, Irondequoit and Henrietta stores. Make sure you have your driver ID and insurance card with you when you go or they will not rent a truck or to you.”

Definitely talk to their experts about any home improvements needed, their great with giving advice and recommendations. Ran in here for some new outlets, great prices. Love the set up, easy to navigate when in a hurry.”

The communication was great, coordinating delivery and they answer the phone if you have questions.
