They went above and beyond to help with the freight and delivery. Our item didn't fit in our loading dock so they took the item back and held it for a bit until we could find a place to store the item in a different location.The delivery driver was SO helpful, even when calling into their customer service- Paula- she was very attentive to our needs.Thanks Again ABF Freight!

Honestly I could write a full essay on the amazing service this place and their delivery driver did for me. I gave the delivery driver a extremely difficult task and with patience and hard work we got the load safely to where it needed to be. The driver went above and beyond anything expection helping me every inch of the way. If I chose someone to deliver freight for me it would definitely be these guys. Timing wasn't an issue for me. I don't schedules vacations while im waiting for a large delivery and also delivering freight is not black and white like ups simply dropping off a tv or shoes. For example my load was over 3000 pounds and over 12 feet in length. After everything is said and done. Extremely happy.

ABF scheduled us between 12pm-3pm on a Friday though I was reluctant as we were going out of town and supposed to leave at 2pm. I told the lady on the phone this. I asked if she was certain they would arrive no later than 3pm and she said that 12-3pm would be our window of time and it should be no problem. My husband took a half day from work to be home by noon in case they came in the beginning of the timeframe. I called ABF at 2pm because no one had shown for delivery yet and she advised that our window was until 3pm so they should be there. 3pm rolls around and no show. I call ABF and explain that we are trying to leave for vacation but waiting on them. She calls the driver then proceeds to tell us that he has one more stop and should be there by 4pm. Doesn't offer us any Consolation or even to make us the next stop seeing that they were now out of our time window. THEIR SO CALLED 3 HOUR WINDOW IS A LIE. BASICALLY THE DRIVER DOES WHAT HE WANTS TO BENEFIT HIS SCHEDULE INSTEAD OF THE CUSTOMERS. CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE. REPORTING THIS TO THE VENDOR WE PURCHASED THROUGH TO ADVISE THEM NOT TO USE ABF.
