Mike, Harold and the team at Harbor's End do a great job of taking care of their customers, boats, and the facility is always in good shape. They helped me last week by fixing my steering, fixing an issue with a rod holder, downrigger, and radio. They have kept my motor running for years and always are pleasant to work with. Their bathroom facility is always clean also. Thank you!

Poor service Rented a pontoon, no depth finder, was not informed of liabilities after the fact/ he says I know it was brand new because the last boaters banged ur up asked to split difference as I was not informed and how do I know he is telling correct price owner says no seems to me that this is a convenient way for them to get replacement parts at customers expense. He stated I should have known, the young man who showed me the boat NEVER SAID I am responsible for propellers- why no depth finder ?

They double books us. I called and confirmed 2 times and it was all good till I showed. I drove with my family for 1.5 hrs and when I showed up it was rented out.

Like the other customer I also made boat rental reservation 6 weeks in advance, just to find out on the day of rental that they lost my reservation and all boats are booked. They also did not want to help me look for other rentals in the area. Spoiled the day, my kids were disappointed.
