I really appreciate the fact that Barbara does appointments only! I've been coming here for over 20 years and even though this started during the pandemic, it's so convenient. I don't have to wait anymore-- just in and out. Also, nap times under the beehive dryers are essential to my mental health!

Went for a wash and set of my natural hair. I wanted to use rods to set my hair. Explained to them I have my own rods if you don't have any. She says we don't use that. . Seriously??!!!!
