If I could give zero stars... they sold 5000 shares of a bond fund without my permission or authorization. Justifying it as an unpaid fee, a fee that was refunded since inception. Watch out for their sudden input of charges on your accounts.

Yet again another experience where this bank is terrible. Not only was I not informed that the current credit card I have they no longer have. They have a policy where I must call over the phone to get done what I needed done instead of me doing it inside the bank. The big wigs need to realize it's not a good look to have a customer do something that obviously your staff can do right in person especially if it is NOT BUSY AND CAN BE DONE. Zero stars if possible. It's always something here.

Worst branch ever. Only security guard is polite. Went there because my card wasn't working took them 1.5 hours to get me a withdrawal after I had to face fight the teller then the manager has a buddy system so it's pointless tryna debate. Customer had to remind me I'm black and they don't care smh. I'm closing my account after 10 plus years with Wells Fargo not tolerating disrespect. Then manager tells me some customers don't need I'd because they know them. Wells Fargo get some customer service training.

This branch is the worst branch I went to . I went there about three time would never go back ! I went to cash deposit my check and they told me I couldn't when my employers bank with Wells Fargo! How does that make sense and then you have go through the drive up only. They need to work on there customer service it's very poor !!!!!

This branch has been closed for weeks. I never received a text, phone call or letter advising me of this. Was told it is because of the Corona Virus. Why do I get junk mail and solicitations but not important information? How did they decide which branches to close? I had to go all the way to Garden City Park.
