This pharmacy is the worse pharmacy ever . They have no customer service and not helpful . The Asian pharmacist is nasty and has a very bad attitude . She should not be working around people at all . I will never recommend this pharmacy . It’s close in the area so that’s why they get the business they do . I will be switching to nail order . I have an issues around 90% of the time when it comes to picking up my medication .

Going through the drive thru , Sindy helped me with my prescriptions . Sindy was very kind , knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely recommend Walgreens pharmacy
And ask for Sindy , she is the Best !!

As of recently this place has been a horrible place to have your medication especially if it's hard for you to get around.It gets worst each day for one they have closed down the drive thru so now you have to go inside and wait on a 20 minute line with 2 workers and not a single manager in site.If not having workers is an issue hire people cross train people to multi task let management step in they take forever to answer the phone .I had to call and get my meds switched to a different pharmacy at this point they may as well close down. I know businesses have their days but to many days in a row is a problem. A problem I have zero tolerance for I feel bad for the people who can't get around and have to walk in it's disappointing and unprofessional. So, my relationship woth this place has ran it's course and I will spread the word.

I love Walgreens in Hempstead. It is so needed in our under resourced community. Shout out to Miss Lucas. I don't know her personally but she has been a cashier there for about 20 years and her kindness & professionalism is unwavering. So nice to see an excellent employee both taking care of business & being polite. Walgreens-please give her a raise, she more than deserves it!

they flat out refused to give me my prescription, made me go a week without my medication, and blocked my doctor's number before i finally switched to another pharmacy.

This place sucks!! the females that work here are horrible with bad attitudes who hired them? except one short black girl with glasses other than that they are really slow when it comes to getting things done they used to be good I don't know what happened

The pharmacy is a horror! The lines are ridiculous and when you call, they let the phone ring forever and keep picking up and putting you back on hold. After 22 minutes, someone just disconnected my call. So unprofessional. They need to close this location down! I will never be sending my Rx to this location ever again! As a matter of fact, I'm switching to CVS. For sure! Never again

The incompetence is unbelievable. I asked them to send my meds to another walgreens location out of state because I was on vacation in July. When I returned I asked them to switch back to this location. Here it is 5 months later since my request and they're still sending some of my meds to the other location. I go to speak with them, she claimed to be a supervisor, although she can see that my meds are going to the other location but she can't change it in the system. Her suggestion was to have the Dr resubmit the prescription to this location. Now how is that a resolution when all of my Dr's prescriptions have been sent to this location? Yes, you sent it to the out of state location per my request but now that I'm requesting to switch back to primary location, it's a problem. Well I know how to fix this issue, take my business elsewhere. Giving walgreens 1 star too much

The walgreens pharmacy section is horrible. They tell you your medication will be ready and when you come to pick it up they act like they don't know what your taking about and your medication will not be ready and ill been waiting for hours. This is horrible !people have real medical emergencies and in a lot of pain and need their medication you should never play with someone health people can die this place should be sued.
