Wouldn’t give me my package even though they had it. Said it wasn’t “processed” yet. I came back later in the day and it still wasn’t “processed” even though it was delivered hours earlier. I asked if I could please have my package and the manager refused

For 4 months I have not received my credit card billing statements on time as before .I have called the card company and they said the bills were sent but returned undelivered . Card company confirmed the correct address on phone call. I went to Fulton st. post office the clerk told me this could not have happened ,over talked me and refused to call his supervisor as I requested. He refused to listen.I left the post office disgusted.

This morning I called the Fulton Ave Post Office and asked for help finding a lost package. Both of the gentleman I talked to on the phone were kind, efficient, and helpful. An hour after I called, the missing package magically appeared. . .Thanks to their efforts. This is without a doubt a 5 Star Post Office!

If I could give less than a star, I WOULD! The incompetence and negligence at this facility is absolutely disgusting. The "manager" - Thomas "Tom" McGuiness Jr. has the attention span of a goldfish! My recent package was "delivered" on Sept 11th and has been missing until today, Sept 18th. How did an item that was stated delivered somehow get returned to the facility, go missing, and end up in new inventory? How did I open a case with him on the 12th and we're contacting via EMAIL and he just now tells me, he just started working on my case yesterday, Sept 17th?! To have my item finally returned to me today, Sept 18th, tampered with and re-taped?? And after being left on hold for over 32 mins, all he could say was "umm, hmm, well im sorry". I will NEVER use USPS again. I will pay the extra funds or UPS/ FEDEX for the sake of never having this headache again!. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY AT ALL! This entire facility needs massive customer service training. I am doing my diligence and now have a case filed with corporate.

This is the closest post office to my house. Unfortunately it is always crowded and parking is a big hassle. Whenever I go here I plan on spending at least 20 minutes waiting on line. Staff are usually friendly. Once in awhile I will drive to another post office because it is so crowded. I usually spend 30 minutes here just to mail out an important package.

I have no idea what the postman has against my house but he refuses to put my mail in the mailbox. The gate is an easy lift up after you just stretch your arm over so I don't understand the problem. He rather walk up 5 stairs and put it in the doorway for all to see and to take if they choose to do so. If it's not that, it's thrown over my gate often times blown across the grass when I get home. The managers say they'll talk to him but it's the same thing day after day, week after week. Really unnecessary situation and rather appalling. I don't think I should have to pay for a PO box on the account because this individual refuses to do his job correctly. Tried to talk to him about it and he rudely walked away as I was in mid-sentence. I'll probably never see my mail again after this post... such is life!!

i thought east meadow was bad, the lady susan who helped me was ridiculously slow, it took me 23 minutes to mail off 2 international envelopes. she couldnt let me fill out the custom form as she helped me so i had to wait till she rang me up, go to the table, fill them out, then wait while she checked them. never going here again.
