Had what I needed, but it's the first time I've ever been in a home depot parking lot, that made me fear leaving my car. A lot of shady looking characters hanging around the parking lot. Is there nothing HOME depot can do about this?

It's getting harder and harder to frequent these stores between them never having what's advertised or even what you went in store for! Most employees are it's not my department or they just don't know??don't know your website just said you 10+ in stock but you don't know then the best line oh were probably stolen However don't get me wrong there are a few truly helpful employees that actually go out of there way to help you. Although they never last and I've spent hours scanning the overhead shelf till I actually find it myself! So food for thought be prepared to sing for your supper or basically plan on working to find what your looking for!!!

Slow lines even if you are next to three cashiers. Cashiers don't care about moving the line along. They will find something else to randomly do before checking out the next customer. Strange priorities. Bad management.

Clean up the parking lots , day workers and homeless harassing customers ,worse Home Depot on Long Island, store is also a mess

Unorganized. You have to track down someone to assist you and once you locate someone they are barely willing to assist you. Can never find the store manager. As a woman I am also tired of being approached in the parking lot and in the store by day laborers. I only experience this in the Hempstead store. Why is that.
