Had what I needed, but it's the first time I've ever been in a home depot parking lot, that made me fear leaving my car. A lot of shady looking characters hanging around the parking lot. Is there nothing HOME depot can do about this?

Needed to replace a tool that went missing. It wasn't in the section I thought to look in, however, I asked a sales person and was direct3d right to where I needed to be.

Slow lines even if you are next to three cashiers. Cashiers don't care about moving the line along. They will find something else to randomly do before checking out the next customer. Strange priorities. Bad management.
