I took the $25.99 package for my car wash. I gave a total tip of $6. Upon “completion” of my car wash, I drove around the corner and discovered that my lift gate was not fully closed. It was obviously was opened around one point. I then discovered that the entire rear cargo area was not even vacuumed nor was the cargo mat washed or vacuumed. I then had to be inconvenienced to drive around the block, wait in line, and have them address the issue. What was infuriating was this exact same thing happened the last time I went. They opened the rear hatch but did nothing inside. None of the door edges, sills, and jambs were wiped down properly in the entire vehicle. I should have seen the manager at the time but I failed to. I felt that I wound up being ripped off and I certainly wouldn’t recommend this “car wash”.

Very detailed work, they didn't rush your car when cleaning the interior, did a great job, in and out, and of course the free synthetic oil change. Great deal!

They seem very nice. But this is the slowest car wash I’ve ever been to. And the floors are always dirty or slippery.
