Store is not open at 10 AM. They lady had me waiting into the cold till 10:05 and then said they get here at 10 AM. They should get here get to the store before 10 am to open not at 10 am.And got an attitude because I was knocking on the door.Rude and unprofessional

I am totally disgusted with Rainbow customer service after calling for three days and speaking with two different people regarding being over charged on my online order. I only buy their items if on sale but I was charged the full price and the lower price is online and these imbeciles can see that but still will not give me the difference back!!!! I would give zero stars if I could for their customer service agents that seem to be preoccupied. When you buy cheap merchandise, don't be expected to be treated with professionalism. ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS ARE HORRIBLE!
