I have only good things to say about this insurance agency. Jorge and his team are attentive to my needs and offer customer service that large insurance companies do not have. I will continue to do business with NFB because they make business personal, especially for the Hispanic community.

Very bad experience, this company charges you for processing your home insurance, asks you to send an amount through Zelle and they give you the receipt for an amount with the difference of 200 dollars, they steal from your own face, this happened to my best friend. All because I don't speak English, my people who speak Spanish don't go to this place.
