Buyer beware sales people manager and finance use tactics to get you to sign bogus deals after all is discussed and dealt with, always look ten times over the contract before signing, and God forbid you try dispute the bogus contract, finance guy gets all bothersome and
throws a fit, followed by the manager who also throws a fit and insults and then try to intimidate you into signing $4000 over advertised price. They are good, ill give them that, almost had me.
Read other horrible reviews before going there but lesson learned should have listened to my instincts, no names in my review

If I could give this dealership ZERO stars I would. They posted a car that didn’t even exist at this dealership at this price. Gabrielle knew I was driving 2.5 hours away, which ended up being 3hrs with traffic. And when I get there they say it’s sold. Yet they texted me a confirmation of our appointment which I confirmed. If it got sold they could’ve called me to tell me that so I could’ve turned around. Or when I called in the first place they should’ve asked for a deposit. They didn’t do any of that because it was all a bait. As soon as I walk in they say it’s sold and then they try to offer me a brand new car that I can’t afford. Do not waste your time with this dealership! Very unprofessional. And then when I walked back in to see what other deals they had they were all laughing. And another deal they had on a newer car also got “sold”, but then and lower model with more miles they were asking thousands of dollars more. Don’t fall for their tricks like I did.

Under no circumstances, do you trust these people or do business with them!They told me and my wife that we can drive down there. We were interested in a car and we were coming With cash we told them we would be there at 7:30. They said we didn’t need to put a deposit down. We drove there and then they said they sold the car 45 minutes ago we told them we were coming from two hours away. They said that we didn’t need to put a deposit. And then laughed about us driving there these people are not to be trusted

I went to Nissan of Garden City. I was helped by Cesar. He was so kind, patient, professional , polite and knowledgeable.
He let us test drive freely the Rogue SV. We took it for a spin and loved it , love at first site, it’s smooth, great shocks and is beautiful and after going to different dealers, and comparing prices, Cesar gave the best price so we purchased it. Cesar is honest, and doesn’t play games. He is for real. He made our experience easy and fun.

If i could give zero stars i would..I will never use garden city Nissan ever again
Went in July because my lease was up they didn’t have the color of the car that i wanted and said it would have to be transported i let them know i was leaving for vacation two days later and wouldn’t be able to pick it up til Monday i left a deposit and was called on Friday and told that the car was there and would be ready for pick up Monday….i go in Monday to finish the process to find out they sold the car and that the price a month was going up…. So not only was i now going to have to pay more a month i had to sit in the show room waiting for a car to be transported down ….. i was in the show room for SIX hours……now the car gets there they only have one fob and it dosent have a key they told me to stop in one day and they’ll cut me two keys and give me another fob and it will be a quick thing so in the mean time i get an end of lease bill that was supposed to be taken care of so i go in to give them the paper work for that and to get the keys and i was told that it wasn’t quick and that it would be an hour and a half but since i was there i just wanted to get it over with …..i ended up being there for almost THREE HOURS….but i was just so frustrated that when they told me it was done i just left….fast forward to almost THREE weeks later im getting calls and letters from Nissan saying it hasn’t been taken care of i just called again took almost an. Hour to get someone on the phone and they said it was taken care of i asked when and they said two days ago!!! It took them 15 days to pay something that they new was due weeks ago ….dont waste your time or money here i will be finding a new dealership next lease

My son and I came in to look at a used Rogue and were immediately greeted by sales rep, Rocio. She took us out to see the car and also took us for a test drive. She showed us another car as well and went over all the details and options of each car. Though we had just started a day planned on multiple dealership visits, we ended up buying the car we came in to see. She was absolutely amazing in all areas of the sale. She was calm and not pushy at all. My son drove out with his first major car purchase. We are very happy with the experience here at GC Nissan.
