The only thing I miss is the car wash, it just to be a pleasure but little by little Toyota Millenium is taking away all this pleasures, at least your employees are very pleasant and nice. I went to Milennium today to see what offers were available to me as my lease would be ending soon and without any specific car options in mind. To my delight, I was matched with Jennifer, who had been of assistance to me 3 years ago. It made me feel at ease to work with someone I had familiarity with and trusted. She took the time to talk with me about my needs and wants of a new vehicle and priced the opti buying out my lease and the cost of a new lease so I can make the best decision for me. After some negotiating on terms that would work for us both I signed a new lease. She shared her favorite color car and after I saw it, I was sold. While I was waiting to go through the financial process, she checked in to let me know the status of car and time checks on when I would be ready to go. Once the vehicle was in my possession she took the time to thoroughly explain and show me how to use the features of my car. I worked with Ahmed in finance services. He was very kind, easy to work with, and informative going through the paper work explaining each document. He doubled checked that all information was entered correctly and caught an error with the taxes for county I live in. The final process of my paper work was handled by Ahmed and Maria, who was also very friendly, kind, and informative. Last but not least, a big thank you to Patrick for reaching out and pairing me with Jennifer.

As usual, I had a good experience with Millennium Toyota Services. From the get go the manager took care of me and handed me over to the service rep. Everyone was very professional, courteous and friendly. My service rep, Jair, was very helpful and provide me a ride home and schedule a pickup to get my car later in the day.
The car was returned around the time I requested, so I could not be more please with the service and the way the team took care of me during that service visit.

Had an appt on Sat 8/24 at 7am. Went to pick up the car at 4:30 and after waiting 30 minutes was told it would not be ready until Monday 8/26. Went to pick up car at 4:30 Moday, drove it about 10 feet and stopped due to excessive front end noise. Had to leave it again. Picked up car on Tuesday 8/27 and was told that the sway bars had not been properly reinstalled. As extensive front end work was done, you'd think it would have been test driven. Would have given only one star but JoAnn was great.
