Kept my car for 3 months with no straight answer as to what was wrong with it. Accused me of neglect and forging my maintenance records. Tried to charge me bogus charges for absolutely nothing. Never accommodated me in any aspect. Lied repeatedly. My vehicle had to be towed to a whole new dealership/service department due to your inability to be professional with myself and HMA.
Elizabeth has an attitude problem
Tommy will lie to your face lie he’s trying to help you
Monae will lie and say she is going to help you and then not. Also claim you’ll have to speak to their Legal team.
Ross is worse.
Absolutely horrible service.

We recently purchased a Santa Fe from Millennium Hyundai. We are very happy with the car thus far and received courteous and professional service from Tom C. and Abdul. Our experience with the staff was very pleasant with no sales pressure tactics. Aside from the Sales room being remodeled and under construction I would suggest to lower the music volume level. Not professional when it is a distraction to the customers and you can't have a normal tone conversation.

We had an exceptional experience working with Millenium Hyundai on our latest lease. The sales team (namely Kalen) demonstrated tremendous transparency and respect for our time. The finance team (namely Mateusz) was friendly and extremely personable. If I could give them zero stars, I would they held my car for three months just to tell me they’re not gonna do anything to it. Elizabeth especially was just lying avoiding calls and texts. Don’t bring your car here to get service unless you want absolutely nothing done to it and $200 down in your money

Mateusz Nowak went above and beyond for my family!!! We couldn't have done without him! I am so grateful and thankful he assisted us throughout the entire process.
