Horrible experience, talk about sleezy sales men. I just wanted to do a sim swap and this tall chubby guy told me about a promo for 200 dollars samsung Phone. Not once did he mention to me about moving my account to t-mobile!!! At least do the curtesy of telling customers what you are doing. Ive always had metro and now im stuck with tmobile for 2 years because of this so called phone promo and my bill is higher than what i was paying in metro. Just be carful when doing business here.

THIEVES!!!
Charged me $55 for a $5 payment, he refused to Returned my Money . I called the police and he gave me back all the money . MALIK is an ignorant, thieve and had Zero shame he was blaming me .

I had a fabulous experience at this T-Mobile store. The store was clean organized and everything looked beautiful the staff was attentive and extremely helpful. I wanted to buy a phone and it was a great quick fast and in a hurry experience.

The customer service agent was of NO help whatsoever.. I needed help with a phone that I’m supposed to have a 60$ credit on and the woman didn’t even bother to call customer service for me instead gave me a card.
