I have been going to this car wash for the past year ! And today I had the worst experience ever . I accidentally left my card with my keys . Upon realizing one of the worker sold my card and used it to make a lot of purchases . I went back there to talk to the manager but all he did was talk down at me . For example: he review the video , came back and told me that I was standing there where they were washing my car so they couldn't have sold my card . I then told him that this isn’t true .. I left and went inside to pay . I then asked to see this video .. the manager said to me the customer I don’t have to show you the video , you can go get the police and I can show them the video . He also stated that I should talk like a normal person . This is the worse customer service I have ever received. If this is the way they treat customers be very aware the type of person you are dealing with .

The outside wash is okay but the vacuum and inside cleaning is lacking alot. Idk if the vacuum is not working or if the workers are just doing a lousy job but do much garbage es left in the carpet and seats and they don't even wipe down the side of doors or dashboards. Isn't that included with the super wash?

USA Car Wash does the best seat and carpet wash in the area for a reasonable price. I've gone to others that charge more than twice for what I paid but do minimal work. Luis and his crew go above and beyond in detailing. I was beyond satisfied. Stains that I thought wouldn't come out were completely gone. I've already recommended USA car wash to my friends and family. Now it's time for you to go and get your car or SUV detailed. Well worth it. And thanks also to Claudia for checking me in.

The staff didn't clean my car. I had to rewash when I got home. Never going there again.

Terrible service, disgusting, they are thieves, don't take their car, they don't do the job well. The manager is arrogant, rude. Bad guys leave the cars the same with the same Dirty, what a shame

I paid for a full service wash. Understandably, I wasn’t expecting a full detail. Was it that difficult to at least try and wipe down my console? Never again

Amazing job cleaning my car. Came in after a long road trip and had bugs on front of the car and they cleaned the car looking like new.

The issue I had was more than dirty floors, but whoever was vacuuming April 28, 2024 at 2 pm passenger side broke my electronic seats. I usually have air freshener right under the front part of the passenger seat not under it, in this case they must have pushed it under the seat while vacuuming, and then pushed the seat position all the way to the front getting it stuck on the seat! I had to pry it loose with a wrench, and sliced one of my fingers open. So after I got it out, I thought that would fix the seat, nope! One of the plastic cords was disconnected from the seat motor, that I cut two more fingers just to try to reattach it! There was a rubber bracket I had to remove just to make it bend enough to put it back in. So they drove it back out dried it back off nice and pretty and no one mentioned anything about it, and I can tell they knew, because the back floor wasn’t vacuumed! So I’m not telling you not to go but stand over their shoulders and watch every single thing they do!
