I’ve had in quite some time I went in there with some basic information about my service and what do I need to do about it and Lateesa took the time to go over all of the details of my plan. “It took (2-3) WKS after receiving my tablet. I applied for the service at Maxsip. At the end of the application after the submitted button. It says 2-3 days to process. It took them 2 wks to process. Then as I call back a few times to find out about my tablet. They lack listening skills in error to mess us up. I called the next WK to hear better results. Bingo! I spoke to a nice guy and in confusion mixed my name up with another. So human error always is excused. ??. Received tracking # the same day. Delivered 3 days later.”

“I came into this tmobile to do an upgrade for my son, one thing bad thing is sometimes there is extremely long wait times, But once you are attended they are very knowledgeable. The person who attended me that day Emanuel was very friendly and told me about a deal for buying 2 iPhones. I ended up buying one for myself too. He also told me about an apple watch but i didnt want to spend too much that day.”
