Alexis R. at H&R Block in Hempstead is the best, she's very professional and knowledgeable. She explains if there are any new tax laws. The Best !!!

Even though H & R Block sucks it is people like Miss Rutherford that make the difference and are just absolutely amazing just a real pleasure all around!!! All though Miss Cloirvuynia wasn't my Tax Professional she helped on her own time just because she cared and that now a days is a rare thing.....especially because these 2 wonderful woman made my night particularly because it was the third H & R Block location I had to go to this evening (Hicksville off 106 and Westbury off Post Ave locations should be ? for such
?? service besides the woman at the front counter @ Westbury she was caring and sweet. God bless these woman but on a side note H & R Block SUCKS otherwise.

I feel that I paid too much for my visit, on top of having to pay a lot in taxes upfront, just to have my preparer enter the information verbatim from my forms. I wish they would have told me I could just do it at home for free. I did appreciate the peace of mind of knowing my taxes are submitted since it was the last day, but I still think it was too expensive for what it was. I also wish staff hadn't been so lax about their face masks.
