Tricks to sell. Had 30000 miles maintenance service done on 1/12/24.1/21/24 my car didn't start. Towed to dealership.1/12 service (oil+tire rotation) was not in their computer system. A lot of calls later on 1/22&1/23Finally a person told me that I can pick up the car Wednesday 1/24. I had an appointment scheduled for 1/22/24 at 11am.I took closer look at my email about the maintenance service on 1/12/24 and noticed it was dated 1/23/24. Knowledge abuse, battery ready to die. And already predated 1/12 maintenance service as 1/23/24 . Expecting the battery to die anytime&return in the shop. Salestricks .Criminal activities accepted as good business, can't expect good business. Trying to shortchanging me when I paid cash on1/12 ,Two young women as sitting cashiers. Almost glued together. No dealership I dealt with had two cashiers working at the same time. Was like they were sitting on each others lap, good location for criminal minded. Whatever they can get away with.

Only came because oops change was free since I purchased brand new one from this GC dealer. Horrible. Do yourself a favor stay away. Your day will be shot

The sales team at Garden City deserves a standing ovation--or at least a few hearty laughs. My salesperson, David had me chuckling from the get-go. They didn't just rattle off car specs; they turned the whole process into a stand-up routine. Muhammed took me for a cool joy ride and answered any questions I had. Although I was there a little late in the evening I didn't feel rushed or pushed to make a decision. I went back the next day to since I had a few questions, and the whole team was exceptionally nice. Kudos :)

Service dept refuses to complete a factory recall just because the vehicle was not purchased from this particular dealer. Reported to Chrysler America (FCA). Great way to treat local residents.

Truly horrible service department. Avoid at all costs. They overbook service appointments without telling you and keep you waiting hours without responding to update inquiries. There are many dealerships and repair shops in the area offering equal quality without mistreating their customers. Do yourself a favor and take your car elsewhere. You will be happy you did.

2022 Charger Hellcat Redeye Jailbreak - Ordered May 2022 - Delivered September 2022. Lets just say with the way the market is looking, especially with these American Muscle cars, this dealership is hands down the best. EVERY other dealership in the TRI-STATE area which I called, were marking up over sticker prices with a ridiculous amount, however, Garden City JCDR came in clutch and was very reasonable with me! If you are in the market for a vehicle, you NEED to ask for Steven Zozzaro. He made the online order smooth , fast and easy. Steven is who want to talk to, he is straight to the point and will let you know the current status of your purchase. Overall, very satisfied and highly recommended if you are in the market for a Jeep Chrysler Dodge or Ram whether you are a local or out of state. Thank you Steven!

My new Ram, I traded my 21 larimie for a 22 long horn limited a really nice upgrade. One problem, the infotainment system has an issue with the wireless connectivity. I was told by the guys, Joe Spinelli and Jason, that this ram was a demo and that the owner was driving this long horn. Well in that case I'll take it, the owner was driving it it must be great. They failed to tell me about the infotainment system, that the version 5 download was corrupt and they are waiting for an over the air update. Did i mention they didn't tell me this when I was purchasing the vehicle. Don't you think they should at least tell me there is a problem with the infotainment system but not to worry, we're waiting for an update. The facts are they didn't tell me and when I was taking the truck home Joe Spinelli came outside and was helping me set up the wireless phone app the whole time knowing there was a problem with the infotainment system. So i take the truck home but I find that the infotainment system drops in and out of connectivity and eventually dropps out to the point I can't make phone calls and my apps are not working. Then the system froze and made an annoying feedback noise, and the screen went blank and then the system restarted. They had me come back to have the tech guy look at it, so I realized that the tech guy was doing a soft reboot, a process I discovered on the internet. This doesn't fix the problem it just gets it running temporarily. Still no one told me about this I had to find out by Googling the problem and that's when it was all clear what the problem was. So now I do a soft reboot 3 to 4 times a day just to get it to work temporarily. Well the owner drove this truck so I'm getting a great truck. This is a top of the line ram truck driven by the owner no discount on the price, ot was considered new because it was never registered and they didn't have the guts to tell me before I purchased it that the infotainment system was not working properly. The owner had to know this, he was driving it. This is the 3rd truck I purchased from Gardencity dodge. I never had any serious problems with my previous vehicles, just a rear sensor malfunction and a gas tank fill tube replacement. I think I'm a preferred customer. With this truck all I saw was bells and whistles and thought they would never try to pull a fast one on me. The owner drove this truck, that guarantees I'm getting a great deal. I have been bringing my vehicle to Gardencity dodge for all my service needs, oil changes etc... I guess I should be happy that the infotainment system is the only issue. From what I read on the internet, I'm lucky, there were a lot worse things that could be wrong. On the list of vehicles with the "least" amount of problems the Ram 1500 is number 2, that's a good rating to have, that means it's a reliable vehicle that makes me feel better. I just wish they were straight with me from the start, I probably would have bought the truck anyway.

I returned a part from 2020 due to a situation I encountered. It is past 30 days and no refund on the part I have returned. I normally don’t do bad reviews but they say it will take longer than expected to get a refund but I mean like when you order the part they don’t take longer than expected to take the money out of your account! I have called them multiple times the mail box for them is always full I have emailed them no email back. It’s sad that they treat there customers like this. I do want my money back regardless of it being past the 30 days so I am making future customers aware of this place.Despite writing this review they called me after posting this review saying I need to take this review down and that they was still going to give me my refund in full. But it has been weeks now and I shipped this part to them on the 13th March we in May and nothing so I told the guy I will take this review down only when I see the money in my account because you so fast to tell me take this review down yet you tell me the banks are working with each other to process a refund it’s funny because if that was true it would have taken at most a week to clear and yet nothing.

My Dodge Challenger was not passing inspection at my local service station due to the monitors being "not ready". Read more about this problem here: dmv.ny.gov/brochure/what…Anyway, I was able to schedule an appointment at this dealership in the hopes of all that was needed was a vehicle software update.Got to my 8:30am appointment 45 minutes early and was escorted by their valet right into the service area.Explained the problem to the service manager and was escorted to their waiting room. They provide free coffee, water and snacks. There's also a charging station for your electronics. The unisex bathrooms were clean. As I was waiting, I checked in on Yelp and got a digital coupon for 10% off my bill for the entire service. Score !!!The software was updated and my Challenger passed inspection and I was out the door before 11:00am.Four stars, but they lose a star because out of the 10% I saved, I gave 3.5% right back because they have a 3.5% surcharge when you pay by credit card.

I have had nothing but one problem after another with this Jeep dealer and service department. No one at the dealership, service department or parts department cares enough to follow through and get back to you. One phone call leads to another and results in a dead end. This is the third Jeep I have leased and definitely the last!Although I enjoy driving a Jeep, I need a vehicle with a company that stands behind it.
