Broke my screen , they “fixed” my screen .. my phone became more laggy , my vibration sounds like scraping ?? something is lose from the inside , screen protector is expensive for NO reason it doesn’t even last 24 hours ..

Unprofessional, curses at customers, over charges for simple phone fix. Go anywhere else but here. I went a block away and got iPhone screen replacement for $80(done in 10min) while this horrible business wanted $110 and told me to come back in a hour. This place doesn’t deserve your money.

Bad customer service, send to fix my ipad screen and they broke my home screen button when i went for them to fix it, the manager started to scream and say he was not fixing it and was disrespectful started to insult me. Worst experience ever would not recommend no one to go their. Ask to talk to the owner and they hang up the phone.

Horrible horrible top of the line horrible service, and they try to low ball you when you're selling them top of the line product. They're located in the heart of Hempstead so I'm not surprised. Whoever the fat a** owner is has horrible customer service skills. Be of good service to people especially if they're being kind to you. Don't try and kick me out of the store because I don't like the offer you gave me.. bunch of weridos In there.

Would give this place 0 stars if I could... my iPhone 6 screen cracked and I took it there to have it fixed.. it cracked again a few days later and I just ended up buying a new one. I held on to it and a year later I took it to Apple to get the screen fixed .. Apple said they couldn't fix it because the battery and other things inside the phone were not the original Apple products. DONT TAKE YOUR IPHONE THERE. JUST TAKE IT STAIGHT TO APPLE. THESE PEOPLE TAKE THE ORIGINAL APPLE PEICES FROM YOUR PHONE AND REPLACE IT WITH OTHER CHEAP THINGS. !!!
