Job looks good
Didn't appreciate the appraiser making an extra charge, but they'll lose that money the same way they made it.
Car/ work looked great...days later when I kept smelling a funk in my car, found garbage of some worker who ate in my car and left it in the backseat compartment.
Anyway, God is good, and hopefully, he'll replenish my pockets.

I found out about this place after a traumatic car accident I was in. They walked me through the entire process, Andy kept me updated on my truck’s progress, and the staff were super understanding and knowledgeable to my situation. I am so grateful for frontier. I highly recommend to everyone. ❤️ They even sent my truck home all clean and detailed. ❤️

True professionals. I had the pleasure of having Orlando work on my truck at Frontier Collision, and I must say, he was absolutely exceptional. His attention to detail and the time he took to buff out the scratches and clean my car were truly admirable. Thanks to Orlando's expertise, my car looks fantastic. Usaa sent me here when my 18 sportage was hit by a Dodge Ram! & I can not recommend Frontier enough! My car came out so amazing! Better than when I first got it out of the showroom! Andy Ingrid and Crystal were so amazing and kept me updated. Thank you guys so much for your professional & great service! I know I’ll recommend my friends and family I’ll never go anywhere else! Incompetence.I made an appointment for a photo inspection for insurance for 9am Monday. I arrived and the girl there mentioned how CarCo was down and there is nothing they can do on their side. She did not care to double check whether it was up or not. They did not want anything to do with it. Simply said, there is nothing they can do.I went 10 SECONDS down the block to Supreme Collision and they welcomed me with open arms. They mentioned how CarCo IS WORKING and is certainly NOT down. Supreme was prompt, friendly and incredibly helpful. They did it through CarCo with no issues whatsoever.If something as simple as insurance photos is a problem for Frontier, I can only imagine dealing with an actual claim. I would stay far away based off my thankfully short experience. I can't speak for their work, but I can certainly speak for how their office handled this super simple task improperly.

This business was suggested by my insurance company USAA. It was not a good experience with communication, but one of the owners Robert called to apologize and backed it up with action that made up for the inconvenience, so I had to leave them a positive review . The work was proper. and they washed my car before I picked it up. Good job overall.
