This one girl who work here I think her name is merry, she's the sweetest, kindest, most hardworking person. She deserves a raise! She's amazing!!! She's never judgemental and always going above and beyond!!! If a manager sees this please give her a raise!!!

They make sure their drive-thru timing is right by sending people to the front of the store to bring out the food just for the food to still be wrong, makes no sense....you just get trapped in by the order line forming because there's no other way out. Donuts also feel hard and old.

I ordered avocado toast with bacon, but got no bacon...ordered boston creme but got chocolate donut instead....they always screw up orders and this was after waiting 10 mins in drive thru...they suck....go somewhere else but not to the one on Peninsula because they are worse....they takes longer and screw up the orders to.....wish there was a starbucks around, they got good snacks and coffee and good customer service.

I ordered and received 2 stale bagels. Hazelnut coffee was mediocre. All for over $8.

Late night break from work, I bought a bagley twist and a latte. Came back to work, and bagle twist was not baked properly, still raw and dowy. All in garbage. Usually , it's baked to perfection, but tonight it was a disappointment.

I never write reviews, but this one I have to. The overnight lady needs to be fired ASAP. MULTIPLE TIMES have I’ve been waiting 10+ minutes for my order WHICH MIND YOU isn’t big nor complicated for the past two weeks I’ve went there. She gives an attitude at the drive thru and is barely present. Today, I ordered it THRU THE APP, 10 mins prior to me arriving to give her the appropriate time needed to prepare everything so I can pick it up and go, SIMPLE. Two wake up wraps and a coffee. I get there and she tells me to wait an unknown amount of time or get a refund… whoever is in charge of that Dunkin’s location needs to look into that overnight lady because in my opinion, she needs to be terminated ASAP. If you’re looking for morning coffee or breakfast, especially if you commute before 6AM, avoid this location at all cost

The A.M. shift customer service is rude with an attitude, is slow at times it all depends who is on shift to have a satisfying service. Not all employees will provide a good service.

You know what??? I was going to head back to this store after dropping off my kid to school, but decided to just come here on Google because words have power. First let me say, this was my favorite DD location since moving to Hempstead last year. Service used to be amazing. Now, it's ??!!! And you wanna know why? For the simple fact that I ordered something, paid an extra charge for it, (and I was completely aware of the extra charge), and wasn't given what I asked for. And on top of that, the person who appeared to be the manager took my item from me, went back behind a counter, (out of view), then came and gave me my item back, under the guise that it was correct. Okay... So I drove away with my item, heart full of gratitude, thanking the worker at the register because I'm thinking that the MANAGER, that this team got my order right. That these people who I know work sooo hard at what they do ( because I am fully aware that working in this industry is not easy....I've been there), gave me what I asked for; what I PAID for. Eh eh!!!! It was when I drove off that I realized that my order was still wrong. That I was charged for something extra, that I asked for, and it wasn't given to me. And they knew!!!! The MANAGER KNEW it was wrong. Let me tell you, after that experience, I really didn't want to consume my item anymore, because of that kind of behavior, and because I really didn't know if I had pushed someone's buttons just for asking if my item was correct. C'mon you know what I'm talking about folks. This is the world we live in. You just can't trust some people who handle your food and drinks these days. They might put something in it. Well, this kind of behavior...telling customers that their item is correct when it's not, is really disgusting, and you should be ashamed of yourselves, and honestly , you're crooks for taking people's money for something you did not do. Shame on you!!! I'm never come back to this location again. I'll visit the location on Peninsula where I get fast service, what I ordered to the T, and a smile.
