I don’t know how they expect to have a business when they open late and close early. Online it says they open at 9:30-8 Mon-sun, that is false they open whenever they want and close whenever they want. I will be sticking to my rainbow store from now on. Price is pretty much the same anyway. It’s in a prime location and they losing money because they don’t want to do the work?. This place will be closed down soon.

The clothes are very good, but the customer service is terrible. I just went there and the lady who helped me is rude and shocking, she has no kindness at all. I don't know how the company allows them to treat customers badly.

The workers take advantage of the customers . They have good selection of clothes for good prices so the employees think they can treat customers with lack of respect . Non of the Hempstead location speaks English they talk really loud in Spanish and it feels like I’m being talked bout . They intimate their customers. Their policy is not easy and calling any location to speak to a manager is worse and harder than pulling teeth. I saw rats in the Islip location the girls are eating at counter prob getting crumbs everywhere . They need a serious check up on

I had been meaning to visit this place for quite a long time but never got a chance to visit before. It was my first visit and quite frankly, it was a great experience. This store has a huge inventory and the prices for everything is reasonable that anybody can buy at least something from this store. The customer service was excellent as they were so helpful in assisting us with getting our questions answered in details. I would highly recommend this place if you are around the area.

I have been shopping here for years. This is mostly a woman's clothing store. They do have cute clothes from time to time. Some fabrics are made cheaply but you get what you paid for. You may be lucky with the quality of the clothing available. It could last you for years. The range of pricing is between $5 and $20 dollars. Clothes may or may not fit depending on the cut. They have a dressing room which is one big room that everyone shares. However I think it's been closed for a while. If you have to return items they only offer store credit. No money returns!
