Omg CVS…. You can not have self checkout only without a live cashier. There are many older people in the area who are not tech savvy and take forever to scan their items(and then having to call for assistance ). There was this one lady who took 10 minutes and was still having problems and I asked the CVS assistant why don’t you just scan the items for her because she was clearly having issues.
CVS. You have to do better!

Thank you manager Yung for the english lesson. I was told to read a receipt that said “state law MAY prohibit the return of prescriptions. Please consult your pharmacist “ but told me I can’t return it once it’s paid for even though you gave me 2 medications that are the same but different name. Explain how do I am to read the instructions if you have both bag and receipt until I pay. You also gave clearance for the medicine and didn’t explain you gave the same medication.

If I Could Put Zero Stars I Would!!!!! Before Purchasing My Item, I Asked The Guy (short, overweight, with a baseball cap on) If The Bathroom Was Unlocked He Said No, I Then Proceed to Purchase My Item and Asked Another Guy (Tall, dark skin and slim) If I Can Use The Bathroom He Replies “The Guy That Go This Item For You Will Let You In” As I’m Walking Back To The Same Bathroom I See The Guy Who Got My Items Enter Into Another Bathroom and Of Course Took His Time Using The Bathroom. He Saw Me Standing There And I Said “Excuse Me The Guy Said You Would Unlock The Bathroom” He Says “There’s No Public Bathrooms” I Reply “He Just Said I Can Use It”. He Ignores Me, Unlocks The Office DoorTo Put The Bathroom Keys Inside, So I Repeated Myself and He Says “I Don’t Know Why He Said That Cause There’s No Public Bathroom”, Now There Are No Signs That’s Says The Bathrooms Are For Employees Only! I Go Back To The Slim Guy (Who I Then Found Out Was The Manager) to Tell Him What The Other Employee Said and He Proceeds To Let Me In The Bathroom! Bottomline This Guy Was Very Rude and Disrespectful! If The Public Cannot Use Your Restrooms Please Put Signs

Picking up a prescription at the Henry St. location is as if you were begging for service. The people at the counter are rude, unfriendly, obnoxious. I've had several bad experiences here. As of May 2024, I'm done!
Not visiting this store again!!!

Not sure what's happened here in the past few years, but the pharmacy has really gone down hill. Between lost medicines and prescriptions falling through the cracks, it hurts to see a good thing go bad.

Initially came in around 2pm and my RX order was never received when I placed it online so an associate put it in for me via drive thru services. Then I come back around 5:50 and get helped by an associate named Selena who was outright rude. She was getting off of work at 6 pm and made it very clear. She initially was helping me with my prescription and decided I was too much work because she turned to me and told me my RX order wasn’t her problem since it’s now 6pm and proceeded to clock out with the same computer she was helping me on instead of having decorum and clocking out else where. The nastiness was uncalled for I only came to pick up my order. The issue was my order was never put in at 2pm with the drive thru (for the second time) so it really was outright disrespectful to be nasty when it wasn’t my fault. She got off at 6pm on Saturday 2/4 and made it clear so I’ll make it clear. I don’t even know if they lied about her name since another associate only cared that I asked for her name. Didn’t really care about her horrible service; wanted to hear gossip and asked me not to leave a bad review. Save your headache go to a different location or just go to Target if you don’t want to deal with unnecessary attitude and unsatisfactory performance.

Bad service bathroom working and they have sign of not in order they lied and don’t let customers use the bathroom and lock doors for emergency my son pee on him self because they didn’t want let me use it
