This was the upmost uncomfortable and unprofessional experience I have ever had. i got to this place at 10:30 I did not leave until 6 I waited almost 7 hours for 4 braids and was charged 20$ each when I was told the original price was 15 each. Braids came out super sucky the hair that was used was VERY low quality. I went to the pool and the hair bombed. I noticed a few red flags when entering the salon but I looked passed it because I'm all for supporting black owned businesses. However I do hope this business pulls it together and become more transparent about the waits and learn to honor their prices because that is how businesses turn into empires. I would know being that I am a real estate giant for the entire east coast. Safe to say this place is a giant red flag

I was heading out of town for a funeral and needed a few braids touched up. 12 braids in total. 6 cornrows and 6 box braids. I came with my braids taken out already. It took the girl less than an hour and she tried to charge me 100. Dollars. To top it off she didn't even finish the ends with hot water. I had to do that myself. I will not be back.

I asked if they worked with locs …. I was told yes…. The woman that did my hair DOES NOT know how to work with locs. She used grease left me sticky. She overcharged me . One of the braiders with her clients kept talking and making side hand comments about me. I did not feel comfortable and I will not be returning to this location. It’s experiences like this that make it hard to support local businesses. I want to support women minority owned businesses but not when events like this occur. Extremely let down….Service: Dreadlocks

I called today for an appointment and received a text message asking what style did I want. I replied and stated I would like cornrows and sent the picture of style.I told them what time I can get there which would be when I got off from work at 530I get there someone was getting braids done. I thought I was next then someone else came with a small child and said they had came before me and did i mind if they started on the child's hair I said no problem. I waited patiently and I am watching the lady braid the child's hair which seemed very rough and the child was in pain. The lady was very annoyed with the child and displayed a very bad attitude which made me say oh nooo she will not braid my hair. She stated I could wait for the other lady to finish because she had to leave. I was happy about that because I did not like her vibe. Then again I waited. Long story short I didn't leave until 9 pm. My hair looks good but the service is poor there.Another girl was there and stated she was there at 2 but was told to come back and when she did the lady that braided my hair said it was too late. Her name is Amina by the way.The owner apparently (Conde) was away in Atlanta.This woman was extremely upset ?.Conde you need to fix that because your employees are not professional at all. Alot of attitude and your too pricey $90 for 7 cornrows. Really!Neat and good job but poor attitude and unprofessional.Go there at your own risk!

Wow, it was my first time there and I loved it. Their service were outstanding, the hair dresser did a magnificent job on my hair. And, I met the owner, she was very profesional and nice. I highly recommend this hair Salon, I will definitely be back!

I would not recommend this place to any one .I did my hair once, they charged me $140 I went back a second time same hair style they told me $160.i told the lady no way am paying that. she said okay give me 140 .I would never go back there .
