Just horrible, trying to get over on people, I’ve made an appointment a week prior and was told the price would be $180+ for the style that I wanted (keep in mind my friend who went to the same place not too long ago and paid $250 for the same style and length I wanted to get)….the day of my appointment she called me and asked what I was getting I told her, she never mentioned that I would need to bring my own curly hair (some shops do provide the curly hair). When I get to the shop she then tells me I need to buy my own curly hair because they don’t provide, should have told me this on the phone…as I was getting up to head to the store she then tells me the lady that works there sells the curly hair for $30 so basically they do provide…I agreed to buy the hair and also brought to their attention that I only had $260 on me she told me that’s fine because to braid my hair was $230 the length and everything and the curly hair was $30, multiple of times she said it would
Be $260 I said ok. After sitting in the chair she blowed out my hair and started to part it then the owner comes up and say it’s going to be $300. How do you go from $260 to $300 especially if I told you how much I had on me. $230 to braid, $30 for the hair, where does the extra $40 come from.

Unprofessional. I walked in to make an appointment and ask about prices. The woman hands me a card to text this phone number for prices. So I did! And the women telling me to ask other workers there and gave me her ig. Y’all should have a set price for hairstyles!

I have been going to Bibi for over 20 years. She is the best braider ever!!! I am completely bald at the top of my head and she manages to cover it well. My hair always looks absolutely gorgeous!!!
