I would give them zero stars ? . They have the worst customer service ever. I am a social worker and most of the seniors that have accounts here have been mistreated at this place. They should close down this local. My dad had an account with them and had the most horrible experience, the representatives treated with no ethics or dignity, they were so mean and rude that he was so overwhelmed by the way he was treated at this place he almost had a heart attack. This place should be out business.

The front lady speak Spanish and if she someone who like the waiting list she has said oh you can pass there you don't have to wait they pass money to her and I think is sad that the camera don't work on bank of america unfortunately you have to wait 2 to 4 hours im here from 11 am now is 1:44pm about 4 hours now there's no people here waiting but I have to wait because every employee here just do they day is a complete trash service

Worst bank service ever! I spoke with the financial rep Vanessa regarding my issue and she decided to place me in a conference room with a virtual bank associate. Vanessa stated she was unable to help since she had appointments coming in… the bank was not very busy so I’m unsure why she wasn’t able to assist a VALUED customer whom was obviously there earlier than anybody with an appt… The virtual bank representative even stated that the bank branch should’ve been able to assist with my issue. The time Vanessa took to set up the virtual call she could’ve been helping to address my issue. I honestly felt discriminated against… never again

the wait time, the way that they treat ppl and the manager FREDY he is impolite and one of the most despicable person he will get one day, exactly what he give to others. cashiers are so bad, only one cashier was the best long time ago ( Veronica ) now all are horrible

Do not even stop!!! - worst Bank of America branch Ive ever visit. The part to withdraw cash is missing from 2 of the 3 ATM at the front. Do not even think about going inside unless you have time to wait for 2 hours. You have been warned. They need to improve the experience at this Branch Lawdeeeeew???

RATED THE WORST !!!!!The WORST branch EVER waiting time is RIDICULOUS I came in here to make a deposit been online for 30 minutes don’t ever come here invest money somewhere else !!!!!!! And the branch manager SUSANA bad attitude when approached. does not care !!!!! Which makes it worse 1 TELLER !!!

Bank of america on main Street is always crowded and they don't care how long a customer has to wait, they are very inconsiderate. Most of bank of america are like that especially those in the minority communities. I'm closing my account with them soon

I dealt with an issue involving another location where a credit card payment transaction was not processed and atm simply took the money and amount was not posted to my account. I decided to head to this location and speak to a representative and Freidy was amazing. Not only did he assist with trying to get an update but he also followed up with a call the very next day to reassure me that my situation was being worked on. Amazing customer service.
