The girl at the desk is VERY RUDE! Her customer service is unprofessional! When you are trying to talk she talks over you and you can’t get a word in! As if what you have to say does not matter but people are spending money here! I work for dealerships and will never recommend using this company if this is how they treat people! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Staff is extremely rude and disrespectful.They have no accountability.And I would not recommend this company to anyone.I will be reporting this company and Hempstead police To be investigated by the town.Again .I understand the circumstances. I was calling to be a mediator.The gentleman you originally spoke with has kidney failure, heart failure, and high blood pressure. Which was just in a car accident. And the “impound” was due to a sick person missing a payment on a parking ticket. He is not a criminal just in unfortunate circumstances.I was not rude I was patient . I requested to speak with a manger and the girl hung up the phone. Called back and spoke with her co worker. Who then gave my number to the manager.He then proceeded not to like my complaint about being rude and called my personal number to argue. Which is in appropriate .And the fact you are still arguing with me in my review proves my review to be correct.I am a nurse and an army vet I have no reason to be rude. Thank you. My client was upset which is why I called to request to speak with the manager calmly. Not only did your staff hang up on me when I requested management. But twice hanging up on me when I requested his name.

This is the most disrespectful towing company.It’s absolutely disgusting the way the staff speaks to clients.And the man is a coward calling a woman to be disrespectful.What manager is okay with their staff calling and speaking to the customer in such a manner.This is unacceptable.

This place is the biggest towing scam there is!!they charged me over 500+ just for having my car towed here for a day. And they even charge u for the days they are closed even if ur ready to pick ur car up next day. They need to lose their license and the way they treat customers cars are disgusting. OVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST‼️‼️‼️

What a nightmare, car had to be towed here and then they hold it for ransom. Better start praying if your car gets taken here, $700 for car to be released for a 5 min tow to their yard ? What a scam

I was super stressed out looking for a new body shop as my former body shop had closed down recently. My friend recommended me to this shop and at first i was very skeptical about it because I don’t let just any shop work on my car but when I tell you it was the best thing I have ever did, it really was everyone was super friendly and helpful! They reassured me and made me feel super comfortable with leaving my car with them! So if you’re looking for a body shop check this shop out! I recommend it 1000 %

Horrible!!! They try to break into your car when its towed there. The cameras are strategically setup so that there is no view inside the gate where the cars are stored just at the gate. They will deny all damages but try to help fix it. Seems strange that you will help fix something you didnt do that is in a alleged secured facility that Hempstead Police Department used for tows. There is a scam going on they are all in bed together.
