Don't waste your money at this store. They sell used furniture and they are liars. They spld me used and damaged furniture. They lied to me in front of 2 cops today.

I was told the dining room set I wanted on 4/7/24 was in stock and would be available to be delivered whenever I wanted to, just give them a heads. I put down the deposit that day. Went back to the store on 5/10/24 to pay it in full and they told me it'll be delivered in a week. They delivered the wrong color a week later. I called them that same day to tell them they delivered the wrong color because my husband accepted the delivery. They told me it'd take another week for them to deliver what I ordered. After a lot of calls and back and forth, they delivered used, damaged chairs. Went to the store to ask for them to pick up their used furniture and give me a refund. I was told not 1 of the 3 people authorized to do so was available. No more discount furniture for me. I never had any issues with Raymour Flanigan or Bob's Furniture.

I purchased a sofa bed here. $ 1,200 and something. I wanted to pay cash all up front and the woman here convinced me to take out a card which would help raise my credit. Their thing is that after 6 months they start charging this ridiculously high interest if you haven't finished paying by the 6 month mark. So as i kept making payments the only thing i ended up paying was all interest. My balance was never going down and i called to cancel out the whole thing and make a payment in full in which i did and they still to tis day billing me for $30 dollars which is ridiculous after i paid everything but that one balance they left out to mention. On top of this nonsense the sofa broke on one side and it's less than a year old. No we didn't break it intentionally, why would i want to damage something paid so much for. It even had a rip on it which they stitched up when delivered because this was the cheapest they could go. Honestly you are better off buying furniture from Facebook

This store has the worst customer service, I called and asked how long it would take to deliver a couch if I placed the order. They said two weeks, so I placed it. One month later still nothing, I kept calling and they never answered. Or they would answer, tell me they would call me back, and then never call back. Every day I would call and they said I would get my couch this week. Then at the end of the week they said now the couch wont be delivered for another week. Do not order from this store. Terrible to work with.

Service is awesome and delivery is superb. Great furniture in whatever budget u see fit for yourself. I had no issue with this company at all. I would always go to them when ever I need or want any type of furniture for my home.

The sales associate was friendly, patient and informative. She offered us choices that was not on this play and let us know about sales that was going on. So came , the guys that put it together was professional, kind and quick.

A little disappointed because I have to wait again on different chairs and table stand because the table stand came with lots of scratches. But the delivery guys was perfect and the girl I purchase from in store was amazing.

I absolutely love my new Red Loveseat/Bed, it is exactly what I was looking for and it fix’s perfectly in my small apartment. The staff and the delivery was excellent and I will be shopping at A & M Discount Furniture again. None of the name brand furniture stores have this, trust me, I did my research. They really have good furniture and good prices. This is for the store in Valley Stream on Sunrise Hwy and Miriam was the saleswoman that helped me and she was EXCELLENT!
