The 7/11 located at 66 S Franklin St, Hempstead, NY 11550 is a glaring example of a business that has lost its way. Every visit is marked by the undeniable rudeness of staff members, who seem perpetually engrossed in personal phone conversations, even when attending to customers. The store's uncleanliness is blatant, with floors that give the impression of never having seen a mop or broom. Worse, the staff members don't bother lowering their voices or moderating their language, even when they're engaged in personal calls. As a customer, you're left feeling more like an intruder than a valued patron.The exterior isn't any better. The storefront frequently becomes a gathering spot for individuals begging or under the influence, further deterring potential customers. One can't help but wonder if the 7/11 franchise has deliberately chosen to neglect this branch because of its location in an underprivileged area. Despite numerous negative reviews and comments highlighting the store's dilapidation, the overarching 7/11 franchise remains eerily silent. Their lack of intervention speaks volumes about their priorities. It might be time for patrons to take a stand and organize a boycott, urging 7/11 to uphold the standards of their franchise uniformly, regardless of the community's economic status.

Floors dirtyAll the coffee is outPerson at the register sitting on a stool so low you can't really see him and doesn't greet anyone or seem like it wants to help. Very disappointing

They have nothing in stock that they have online for sale. such a waste of time they mine as well get off Uber eats or grub hub they never have what they have listed online in the store!!

The owner is very rude, verbally crass and irresponsible. The cold brew area is out of order with only cups covering the tap handles. No signs indicating the area's out of order. The owner blames his customers for wasting his cups when attempting to use the Cold Brew area and only getting tinted water. The owner doesn't realize that many businesses are covering tap handles with cups and replacing them often for sanitization purposes due to covid 19. Other areas of the store are in disrepair and out of order as well like the sinks. The owner seems too cheap to fix things and not customer friendly. He probably should not be owning 7-11. If I could give him a 0 star I would.

I went to cash a lottery ticket and the cashier told me that the ticket was cashed which it wasn’t because I heard the sound of the winning ticket so the cashier lied and took my 20$.

This worker right here is always in a bad mood. Is a 24 hour store and mind you I am well aware that covid has affected hours but he let someones minutes before I attempted to go in. Is 130 in the morning. You guys close at this time ?

My name is Charlotte byrne i am currently A 711 employee at a 1 jerusalem in hempstead ..I took my time to come to a different 711 ..66 peninsula in hempstead..they had broken coffee pots serving ice cold coffee and also charge me for the coffee after I let the employee know that the pot with broken and that i recieve free coffee...He disrespectfully walked a way before the transaction was complete which I could have canceled my payment and walked out with all of my other merchandise that I purchased.. the employees name is Mr. Sumon..
