Really excellent customer service at the service station! I've been here twice and both times they have gone above and beyond to get me safely on my way. Cannot recommend them enough and happy to give them my business.

Not a customer but a member of the community. Took a walk last night like I do almost every night and stopped on the street across from the station and a guy who works there and drives a 4 four door red Audi starts screaming profanities. At first I didn't even realize he was talking to me so I kept moving only to be followed by this individual for the next 15 minutes for no reason. Bought 4 tires and less then 1 month old, got a flat they wanted nothing to do with it. I would never go there again. I had asked about a warranty they said they didn't know if there was one I also asked if they could send the flat tire back to the manufacturer to see if the tire was defective they said a flat no once you leave here it NOT OUR PROBLEM. Very nasty to their customers

The new owner Joe is a very stand up guy! I had a terrible experience with Mavis tire in Thornwood. I brought my truck back to have the balance weights reinstalled after finding one missing and another sitting on the ground nea tr my vehicle. They had me wait for over an hour though i made an appointment. They used the impact gun to reinstall my lug nuts and sent be on my way. Could not get some lugs off even after calling AAA to help. Car was not running until Joe came to the rescue. He not only remove stuck lug (which broke socket at first attempt) and didnt charge me. We need more stand up guys like Joe who is will8ng to help a person out when he can. When i first walked into his shop someone else was trying to tip him but he refused. This is the best Garage and most honest mechanics in Westchester County. They will fix your vehicle the right way for a reasonable price. Their prices are cheaper and they repair vehicles better than their completion. They fixed my 2002 Nissan multiple times and thanks to them, my car runs new even though I've been driving it for 16 years. They are the best. Don't settle for the rest.

Dropped off my sports car and when I got it back the car had a huge dent. They did not take responsibility for their mistake. Never going back.
