Update: 4th time was a charm. The guys finally did a good job on the interior. And the manger that was rude and condescending in the past was not there.
Prior review:
Always did an excellent job, but last three times they did not clean many areas inside the car - at all.
I was a little fed up, so I complained before getting the 3rd car wash in a month.
The manager, Leo, who seems to be new (the other one is great) dismissed my concerns sying he “will talk to his guys” & added you have to pull back around if you aren’t happy, something I did not do in the past.
Once again a large part of the interior was not clean, for example - cup holders, center console dirty and didn’t vacuum around the rear seats. I pulled around & said they did a horrible job. Leo responded “horrible? Really??? And, then proceeded to flick crumbs out of the cup holders with his finger as if to say what’s the big deal. So condescending and patronizing. I just left.
Apparnelty the sign that says if you are not happy, they will re-wash your car is a total hoax.

The interior was not properly cleaned. Too indolent and failed to follow instructions. $31 is not worth the homerun package.

They do a nice job. Generally fairly thorough. staff are pleasant to deal with. Only had 1 negative experience in all the years going there (did a horrible job on the inside). Note, highest priced wash not worth it. For example, says they clean you mats, but they guys told me they don’t have the machine that does it. They just shake them out like normal.

Visited this car wash for the first time yesterday and I was really impressed how they cleaned the car well. My local car washes are awful. This place was further away but Ill be returning. They cleaned outside AND inside very well. One thing they apparently understand is the pre-wash and pre-clean is the most important part. They do this right so hard to reach places and rims are clean.
