You will have to give every bit of info every single month. They barely understand and barely speak clear English. It is super difficult to get your medication from this company. Like pulling teeth. Terrible experience every time I HAVE to use them.

Avoid them at all costs. They lie, delay medication, and make you call over and over—sometimes for hours. The doctor and I had to call more than 100 times. They are not reliable. Please trust the reviews; they are true
