Had a positive first experience with this company in 2017. Then I needed to upgrade a router and a few cable boxes and the owner Dan refused to service me, saying they were 6-8 weeks backlogged but when I still tried to schedule something I was ignored. Beware...you may be dropped as well one day if you need something small.
