I worked with Ava Sanel on two mortgages, a cash-out refi and a new home purchase. In each case, Ava was extremely responsive to all my questions, and she did all the legwork. I simply provided all the necessary details and documentation; she did everything else to usher the loan through the process. I couldn't have asked for a smoother process.
