My wife came in to get the AdBlue topped off on our Q5 TDI. She already had 1.5 gallons of new AdBlue in the trunk. The tech told her "ok, one minute... pull up." He pops the hood and looks for the AdBlue port in the engine bay. He comes back a half hour later and says it'll take a couple hours and cost $150...
Guys... 1) The AdBlue filler port is right next to the gas filler port.. not in the engine bay.
2) Grab a funnel, take the AdBlue, and pour it into the AdBlue filler port. It takes 5 minutes total, and the computer automatically recalibrates after adding at least 1.5 gal.
3) Don't lie to my wife, or any customer, about having to reset the computer when it does it on its own, and for God's sake don't make people wait around then charge them $150 for 5 minutes of work.
Not using this location again.

Terrible service. Service advisor never answer the txt msg and voice mails, it takes ever to get the service done. Highly recommend to find different dealership or service center. Period.

I was trying to buy a car on the lot, but the pre-owned sales manager, Tim Shisko, was ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE to work with, has a smug attitude and he's a snake!!! In short, I was looking at a used car on the lot. The car needed tires and they put them on because the car was riding rough. But, he CHARGED ME $399 plus tax on the bill for the "nitrogen" they, supposedly, put in the tires. That is the bottom charge on the bill of sale that I posted. See the attached photo. I was told "that is a standard charge because we put nitrogen in all the tires. We don't want clients coming back complaining about the tire pressure or the TPS (tire pressure sensor)". While I was trying to make a deal to buy the car, he REFUSED drop the charge. Nitrogen filled tires are supposed to have green tire stem caps and I saw there were none on the tires, so that's what prompted me to do what I did. I bought a nitrogen sensor for $275 off of Amazon and checked ALL of the tires. THERE WAS NO NITROGEN IN ANY OF THEM!!!!!!! ANYONE that has this charge on ANY bill of sale/service invoice from Audi of Hawthorne should be concerned about that and question that charge. That is a ABSOLUTELY FRAUDULENT CHARGE AND THAT DEALERSHIP SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED!!! By the way, the sales rep, Johanna, was fantastic!
8/7/2024- Manager, Jason Lee, contacted me after he saw the review and made things right. He was professional, apologetic and respectful. He refunded me the charge for the nitrogen, put the nitrogen in the tires, AND detailed the car for me. We didn't need to go down this route if business was done in the proper fashion by Tim Shisko, but he DID rectify the situation.

Service department sucks. Dealership in general is not run properly. Never answer phone waste your time. Never buy another car from this incompetent dealership.

I have called Audi Hawthorne for 2 weeks. The woman who answers the phone for service dept. Has no idea what she is doing.
I have asked to talk to a service rep, every time they are busy, and do not call back.
This is NOT QUALITY SERVICE.

Had some rain debris under my carriage from a recent storm. Pulled up and spoke to Joe S. Let him know what had happened. From the get go he explained what I needed done and approximately how much it would be. Got my 2024 Q3 back, good as new. Joe took care of me w/ courtesy and professionalism. The Audi team did their job well and supplied me with pictures of the cleanup. Can't go wrong & do recommend Audi Hawthorne.

Not a lot of negotiation room usually, and hard to get a call back.

Worst car dealership bought a pre owned car as a very happy customer after the sales rep tells me it’s been through all the service points and has no mechanical issues. Buy the car and immediately get a check engine with a leaky engine with the entire engine being covered in oil from the inside. Would’ve been impossible for us to know without opening the engine up. Mike got even upset with me when I tried to negotiate even more. Commissions hungry fools

Worst car dealer possible bought a used cayenne and the mechanic told us there’s a slight leak in the engine bay but wasn’t bad enough to fix. We take the car to another Porsche dealership and service it they tell us the entire engine bay was covered in oil on the inside and there was a big leak in one of the gaskets and one of the screws to the engine was broken off. It cost us $10,000 to fix it up won’t ever recommend these guys to anyone. They only try to make their commissions. Commission hungry car salesmen

Had my Q8 serviced at Audi Hawthorne a month ago. Tim told me he would e-mail the paperwork for the service. I never got it. Called multiple times - no response. I'll never go back there again because now I'm wondering if they did what they were supposed to.

I got my car from Armaan and he is amazing! He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He wasn’t pushy and listened to my needs. He still answers all of my calls whenever I have a question! He’s really the best and everyone should go use him! Thanks again for my wonderful experience!
