I purchased over 3 months ago a replacement Liberty toilet pump to replace my existing broken one that is covered under warranty. I was told that after sending it in to the manufacturer, I would receive back my money for the new pump. The first one that I picked up was missing parts, so I had to replace it with a second one. They made me pay twice upfront and never refunded me my original pump that was under warranty. After calling numerous times and talking to different people from every Department, still to date they never returned my original payment back. Terrible customer service by phone and in store.

Great service and everyone was very helpful. I needed a few parts for my older boiler and was having some trouble finding them. I stopped in and explained my situation. I gave them the information I had on the boiler and they got everything I needed the next day. Highly recommended.
