“The best place to buy appliances for your home.Today I needed to buy a full suite of appliances. Refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave.My regular sales person Cliff helped me.Not the usual sales person, he is kind, gentle and really worked hard to find me the best deal possible. Then there was Andrew, the General Manager. It had been about 6 months since I had been in to P.C Richards. He immediately recognized me, gave me a warm hello and shook my hand. After Cliff totaled the sale, Andrew came over to approve the sale and give me a few more discounts. He again shook my hand and thanked me for choosing P.C. “I live in Brooklyn New York and I frequented many 7-Elevens and I've been to 7-Elevens across the country but I have to say this is one of the friendliest 7-Elevens I've ever been to. When I visit my grandkids I always take him to the 7-Eleven the owner's son calls me Grandpa he's as friendly as anything the whole staff is friendly it's just a great nice warm place to walk into. So if you're traveling anywhere near Monsey New York popping they'll be very happy to see you and you'll get a big smile.”

I enjoyed the experience so much that I dragged my technological illiterate father into the store the next day to upgrade hime to a iphone 15 pro max. Even the cases aren't egregious. Strongly recommend this store. Ask for Ratu if he's there.”

“I went in today after needed a new phone super easy! The First Gentleman to help me was awesome super informative very patient and helpful. When I set up my phone Donald helped me and was absolutely amazing and helpful! Super patient since my phone was taking quite some time. I will never forget the ease and friendly service from the total of three gentleman that helped me. Spoke to me and helped my experience be seemless. I was in there for about a total of 3 ish hours and again the service was amazing I was in my pjs ? and still got great service. I will never forgot this experience one of the best and it was my first time buying my own phone so again 10/10”

“Parking is not easy because it at the corner intersection of two well-traveled roads and it's a smaller store. But they've got everything the larger ones have for the most part, maybe not some of the household items, but the drinks, snacks, and everything else.”
“I was actually considering changing mobile carriers since I had such a terrible experience at another Metro by T-Mobile location. I have been happy with the service and was just looking to replace my phone but the person working there was not helpful in any way. Thankfully I checked out this location and Beilyn was working behind the desk. She quickly analyzed that I should just replace my old phone, helped me pick the right phone, and then set me up immediately with everything I needed. No slippery sales talk and numbers. She was direct with her responses, helpful in her explanations, and very friendly as well. It was a great experience getting a phone through Beilyn. The owner of this location should be very grateful and compensate her accordingly. We plan to come back soon to set my wife up with a new phone but only when Beilyn is working.”
