Conveniently located in Hauppauge. Many eateries nearby. Ample parking. Easy access to all highways. The suite has ample room. Clean. The breakfast is mediocre but I don’t expect better. I am rating on a scale relative to what this is. Don’t expect more.

Nice inconspicuous location. A hidden gem that I didn't even know was there. Rooms are comfortable, the kitchen and living space are separated nicely from the bathroom and bed, very spacious. It has an indoor pool and outdoor seating area with fire pit.Rooms: Rooms are comfortable with L-shaped sofa additional seating and kitchen has a table and chairs.

We rented a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed. The room had a small kitchen and I really liked how the bedroom door closes for privacy. The bathroom was inside the bedroom which I didn’t like and the sink was outside the bathroom too. There was a fridge and a dishwasher with all the kitchen essentials needed for a short trip. We asked for more blankets and toothbrushes and they brought them to us. We were also given a bag of ice when we needed it. The breakfast was not the best but we made do.

Only problem was a slow drain on shower. Some minor touches ups hotel needed like screens on windows were broken or had holes. But all else was fine. Breakfast was adequate. Some scrambled eggs, sausage patties, pancakes and a fresh bagel with some other sides. Plenty of coffee.. all included.

I used this hotel for my hotel block for my wedding. Upon check in we were assigned a room next to my in-laws.. first problem. Then we walked into our room and it had an overwhelming mildew odor…. Second problem. We went to the front desk to change rooms and they said they only had “1 room left” and I should have told them “I was the bride” when I checked in. Maybe know your hotel blocks for the day upon arriving… Upon entering the new room there was no closet, no full length mirror, and no fire place like the other rooms had. I had to steal a trolley to put my wedding dress on and keep it in my room. The rooms are outdated, the hallways reeked of pot, and the service was just not there. When I voiced my concern after our stay the only response back was “this is below are standard of customer service… sorry”. No compensation to make things right. This was my wedding day. Do yourself a favor and stay away. There’s a new Hilton garden inn down the block. Go there.

Residence Inn by Marriott has been our goto hotel in the middle of Long Island, NY for over twenty years. And it shows. The breakfast has not returned to pre pandemic

The customer service was excellent the rooms are really nice could use some updating. The shower well that is a preference I like a lot of pressure and there wasn’t much pressure coming out. But that is pretty typical of hotels I guess.

Maria at the front desk is amazing! I went down to the lobby to get a sewing kit because my entire dress had broke just minutes before our Uber was set to arrive to bring us to the wedding. Maria kindly asked to see- and then she asked to help! within a few minutes she was able to repair my dress and they sew it back! she completely went above and beyond to help me! there are not many good peoplelike that in the world! thanks again Maria! You saved my night!

Stayed here for a month and a half because of work and it truly felt like home away from home! My suite was clean and well furnished, quiet and peaceful. The staff is so very kind and helpful. I felt very well accommodated here. I wish all my extended stay experiences were this good.

Stayed at this location for a little over three months. Well situated and the staff are incredibly friendly. Biggest drawback as someone who works overnights is the school across the street never send to not be having an event and due to the shape of the hotel any event, or noise from the schools obviously well funded speaker system for the various sports training, certainly won’t be avoidable.If you don’t need to sleep during the day this hotel is a great fit for anyone looking for a clean, well maintained location!

I was very pleased with our 2 day stay. Came to catch a flight out of JFK & relax before our flight to Thailand. I was given a great room with a free upgrade during our stay because of my Marriott rewards. Breakfast was free and really enjoyed it. The first morning we each had scrambled eggs w/crispy bacon a boiled egg with an (I) an English muffin and she had a cinnamon raisin bagel.

We were upgraded to a spacious 2BR suite. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was just an overnight stay, but we enjoyed the hot breakfast before checking out and heading home. It was conveniently located off the LIE.

For a marriot rooms were very out of date. Felt like I was in a motel with popcorn ceilings, bathrooms were not hotel-ish at all, very basic. Please supply shampoo that isn't super heavy on the menthol.Most front desk peeps were nice but one women was rude.I requested late checkout on the app and the person by the front desk said it needs to be done by the front desk. Ok so I guess they are old fashioned. So I requested and got ok for late checkout, I got back to the hotel and my card didn't work and she said yeah you need a new card. Thanks.Hallways have an unpleasant aroma.Pool heater was broken so was room temperature (74 degrees) too cold to enjoy.

This place is run down! Rooms smell, animas are all over the place. Bathroom is full of rust (see pictures) and next to fire station with FREQUENT alarms! I've been here 2 hours so far and the alarm has sounded four times. Stay somewhere else!
