Brian R the driver from Hauppauge who delivered my pod was on time, and set the pod exactly where I wanted it. He opened it for me so I could take a look inside. Real nice guy. Thanks Brian.

Needed to access my late brother’s container - called Customer Service to schedule a day & time. That process went smoothly and the information given was helpful. Today, I met with Kevin at the 555 Prime Place facility to access the container - he was knowledgeable and very friendly. It was a great experience!

Donovan and Kevin were great assisting me with the Pod size I needed for my move to Florida. They set up a 8’ and 16’ so I can look in and review and get an idea of the one I needed. Kevin asked important questions about driveway space and delivery date. All in all I wouldn’t have been able to feel comfortable about the final pod choice I made without their input.

The delivery and pick up of the POD was seamless. My new driveway was left without a mark! I don't recall the man who dropped it off but Dan picked it up- both nice fellows!

I had an issue with the combination lock on my container when it was dropped off. The driver, Jorge, contacted his supervisor, Kevin right away. Both of them showed care and concern for my issue and went above and beyond to help me. Moving can be stressful and they helped save the day!! Thank you Jorge and Kevin!!
