i ordered twice sambucus probiotic, and shower gel,haven't received the items,neither money back. I emailed them no one contacted me back,tried to call them nobody answered the phone. Worse customer service I have ever seen,but Iove their products !!!

Hands down the best herbal extracts I have ever used. The ingredients are 8-10 times more potent than other brands. I have been using the blend of geranium and sage organic oil for a month now and its great. Love the essence!

I apologize for the bad review Nature's Answer, but I am a real guy. I call it as I see it.Your product is good (Sambucas Elderberry 7x gummies). Your packaging is not good. As a repeat customer, it pains me to walk away. I have had 2 out of my last 4 boxes (30 Ct) with compromised package sealing. I have had to pour all 30 into a bowl of water to rinse and check each one for leaks. This last time, I found 4 leakers which bled all over most of the others. A sticky mess is an understatement. I will go a different route to fill my needs, realizing that I will have to double the dosage, meaning purchasing my Elderberry more frequently. I am ok with that because my time savings and aggravation level will be worth my peace of mind.
